La Bodega is an antojeria y bar serving authentic Mexican food and drinks. Executive chef Raul Martinez Ramirez will be serving delicious street food and specialty dishes spanning various regions of Mexico. There is an emphasis on using local and seasonal produce without comprising on the authenticity of Mexican flavors.
We take great pride in our cocktails that rely on the quality of ingredients we use and the technique of our bartenders. The cocktails include favorites like Margaritas and Daiquiris but not to be missed is the specially designed cocktail menu featuring exquisite concoctions from Latin America and Mexico.
Executive Chef - Raul Martinez Ramirez: Raul is a Mexican chef holding Diplomas in Food Production, Gastronomy, Pastry and Chocolate. He has experience of over 9 years and has led reputed restaurants in Mexico, His specialties are Mexican and French cuisine. He represented Mexican Cuisine for Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Mexico for Food Festivals in Brazil, Singapore, Managua and Davos. He was a member of the Jury in latest edition of the Young Mexican Chef Contest. He also worked as a Chef instructor at reputed institutes such as Anáhuac Norte University and Le Cordon Bleu. He joined the La Bodega in January 2014 and has been instrumental in conceptualizing the menu and bringing authentic Mexican cuisine to New Delhi.
